Professor Phillip Stricker AO, is Chairman of the Department of Urology at St Vincent’s Campus, the Director of St Vincent’s Prostate Cancer Research Centre and  Emeritus Fellow at the Garvan Institute

 Professor Stricker is one of the leading experts in the treatment of prostate cancer in Australasia. His practice has been exclusively dedicated to prostate cancer management both localised and advanced for over 20 years . He has one of the largest experiences in robotic prostatectomy (over 2800), open prostatectomy (over 4000), high-dose rate brachytherapy (over 500), low-dose-rate brachytherapy (over 1000), active surveillance (over 1500), trans perineal biopsies (over 15,000) and focal NanoKnife therapy (over 700). He has particular skill in tailoring and personalising prostate cancer treatment. He was  chairman of the MDT Committee for over 10 years .He is a pioneer in multiparametric MRI and PSMA PET scan for prostate cancer imaging . He has authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications
